Joe Scarborough has Jumped the Shark
Once again The Morning Schmo proves that he left the Conservative family long ago. Does anyone other than his Leftist coworkers believe that he is a Conservative?
NY Daily News: Conservative Joe Scarborough stuns with call for gun control
The more time Joe has spent at MSNBC, the further to the left he has moved. Yes, he had a decent track record during his time in Congress. He certainly keeps reminding us of this fact in a vain effort to disguise his leftward slide. Sorry, Joe. A good record back in the 1990s can't make up for your increasingly Leftist point-of-view. Any credit you had has been used long ago.
Joe Scarborough has jumped the shark.

They're Lying
Anytime Democrats say they don't want to take our guns away, they're lying. Period. End of story.
Remember back before the 2012 election how the Left said that they had no interest in taking our guns away. Do you remember how they said that gun rights supporters were paranoid for speaking the truth about their hoplophobic ways?
Well, when a tragedy happens and a madman kills several people with firearms, their tune changes.
Yahoo News: White House highlights ‘obstacles’ to taking action on guns
Washington Times: Gun-control issue hits boiling point
NewsBusters: MSNBC’s Ed Schultz Talks Gun ‘Confiscation’
Now Democrats and Leftists are shouting about restricting the rights of people who had absolutely nothing to do with this tragedy. They are clamoring to reinstate a law that had no positive effect whatsoever on crime. They are doing this because they hate the idea of private ownership of guns. The hoplophobes take every chance they get to incrementally move us toward their goal of total civilian disarmament. They will gladly dance on the graves of children and spit in the faces of the innocent to accomplish this.
Yes, there are pro-rights democratic voters. I'm not talking about them, though I am concerned that they willingly vote for those who fight to restrict the rights they enjoy. There are even allegedly pro-rights democratic politicians, however, times like these show that they are lying. They know that the message of eliminating our Second Amendment rights is not a popular one and is becoming less popular as time passes (according to Gallup). The only time that they have a chance of infringing on our rights is by exploiting a tragedy such as the Sandy Hook killings. Should we believe Democrats' promises made when seeking votes or should we believe what they do when they see an opportunity to act? Should we believe the Mass Media's reassurances when they are trying to get their fellow travelers elected or their heated pronouncements after a tragedy?
The Sandy Hook killer stole his mother’s legally owned guns and used them to kill over two dozen people, including twenty children. Because of this, some people want to restrict the rights of law-abiding citizens to own and use firearms. Imagine, instead, if the killer had stolen his mother’s legally-owned car and driven it into a crowd, killing over two dozen people, including twenty children. Would those same people then want to restrict the rights of law-abiding citizens to own and use vehicles?

A Lion in the Room
I follow politics for the same reason I would keep my eye on a lion in the room. There's a very real chance that it will harm you or someone you love.
